I really liked the story unfolding! :-) The lady is very cute and I like her photographed on the steps. They are very steep for her! Lovely to hear about your special surprise through the post. :-) I love the pom poms. They look very much like the colours in your work. Is this the secret to super art... lovely colourful pompoms for inspiration! :-) I loved the photo of the pompoms all scattered about with the tree. You're very funny Annamaria with the picture of the lady snuggling in pompoms and feeling all warm! Such a cute post! :-)
I like so much your story !!! and it is, sometime, really like that !

Hi,
thanks for your comment a while back. Been quite on the blogging front as just moved from Scotland to Asheville, NC!
Good to be back into reading blogs agin - and yours. Fireflies have been lighting up my dusks - just fantastic, meadows seem more alive with little orbs of magic!

what a lovely post!
i feel like that little woman trying to climb those steps more often than not.
oh,but, a little brightness always brings a change in perspective!
This is just so beautiful, Annamaria... this is exactly what it's like, isn't it? I've been facing blank walls a bit myself lately... I've taken a leaf out of your book and started doing sketches in a little sketch book :)
Congratulations on your features/mentions on other blogs - your work is so divine it does deserve it :)
I love your little girl and tree - are they on wood? I've just started experimenting with drawing on my balsa wood too! Very poor example on my Flickr.
Take good care. Love, Kylie x
Great story, and don't we all feel like this sometimes. Doing something nice like baking or sewing or gardening is a good deterent to a gloomy grey day - productivity works for me!
