Yiannis from the life drawing studio, and some more tulips-

First week of this pose from the life drawing studio. Watercolor. 5x7 inches.
I have noticed that lately my figures stretch out of the 5 x 7 box I draw for them. I am struggling to stay with the smaller sizes. When I was a student in the  Florence studio, I used to pin a very ,very large roll of paper on
the wall and draw almost life sized figures. I itch to go much, much larger again.
Pink tulips turning violet. Acrylics on canvas. 9x 12 inches. It took me two days
to complete, meanwhile of course, the tulips had changed colour and shape...but nevertheless
it is done and I am pleased.

Hugs-
Annamaria Potamiti

Fabulous work. I love that you want to go big - why should you curb your expression? Have fun with it :) Kx
