Pond royalty strutting their stuff...Still, for all their beauty they make very odd sounds.(not perfect after all!)
I've been a spy of the pond all week. I could see how one could make a whole year's project of just paying attention here and sketching daily. Drawing like fishing. Patiently observing with a pencil in hand, and suddenly springing to action hoping to extract a defining gesture.
