The air feels thicker. It's dense with smells, not always pleasant ones, with moisture, and heat. There is a jasmine bush in a yard near by, and it's scent is strong in the evenings. We burn coils for the mosquitoes. The balcony doors we mostly keep open, and for more coolness we use old fashioned fans because we prefer them.
