Day 8- The bird and her-

Do you see the flying girl? I wish I was up there 'flying' from tree to tree!
So today its about 'her and the birds'.
From Film in review, page C3, 'The Red Birds', a documentary (directed by Brigitte Cornand) that deals with 'the realative invisibility of female artists in our culture'...Each participating aritst is represented by a bird (a specific bird that somehow relates to her). When the artists speak we see the birds. Wouldn't you love to watch that? I would and I definitely will!
But wait! in the Food section, on page D3, one reads about two women who have just opened a bakery where they bake pies they were taught by their grandmother (do I want to go there?? Should we meet there?) What do they call it? "Four and twenty blackbirds".

So what is it with 'her and the birds'?
Hugs-
