Daughters, afternoon light, and a dangerously clean studio-

My studio has been neglected. Much else to do right now, and I feel uncomfortable with the thought
of a clean, pristine studio. Saying that, the truth is that using a camera during this time of 'frantic-doing-other-things-than-painting' makes me question the way I see, and how I should translate that on a flat surface.
I have come to the conclusion that I need to draw a hell of a lot more than I have been recently. A hell of a lot more. There.

Hugs-

The light is just beautiful and I love the photo of your girls having fun :) I always feel uncomfortable with a tidy studio too... it's like nothing is going on and that's scary! ;) Still, you can draw anywhere I guess... Looking forward to seeing your sketches. Kx

Drawing is something I don't do enough of either! xo

I think it's this: with the camera you 'see', with drawing you 'touch', you 'caress'...

Lovely! Your daughters are back and all together for the summer? :)
It does not matter if you have not been working in your studio, you are still working with your camera :)
I like how you say you also the spaces to draw later when spending the quality time with your lovely daughters! x
