Plant under the window-

Plant under the window, 12 x 16 inches, acrylic on masonite board

Apparently, babies learn a skill at a time and once they learn one they 'forget' it, and get involved in learning a new one. At some point unexpectedly all this knowledge comes together. I think it must be the same for painters learning to paint.

The colours in your paintings are amazing. In this one, it's like the light is coming from within.

What a beautiful representation of light you've painted! And as we get older the learning of new skills and them all coming together must happen again and again. I hope so.
