My sweet friends- thank you for all your encouraging messages. They are so precious to me.
So, one mountain climbed, another in sight.
The day started with buckets of rain, but now looking out my window the sky is a stunning clear blue. I don't feel like painting today. Just siting on the couch and staring out the window. But nah! I will gulp a cup of coffee, and head to the studio. I have been thinking about the way I paint these watercolors. Sometimes, they are like note taking. Sometimes they have that something 'more' that I am really looking for. My goal is to 'respond', not 'make-lists'.

Good goal.
I admire how you paint and how much you are able to convey in seemingly simple strokes. I get tangled in detail.
