Claudia's tulips-

My friend Claudia was leaving town for a week. She scooped inside her car and presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers, vase and all. So I didn't have to go hunting for subject matter . But I did make the mistake of wanting to paint the whole bunch at first. Not wise. So I only have a watercolor rough from the sketchbook to show you.

I was really pressed for time as the day progressed but I did, I did, manage to finish this acrylic.(and I won't say that the colours just don't look as good after scanning because you know that don't you?)
 Don't chew more than you can bite.
 Lesson learned!
