Yes, I am still perfecting the art of selling art! I have some way to go, granted!
But, I absolutely love watching people stop, and take it all in smiling.
It also thrills me when they pay me to hand them over something I have made with my hands and
they love it, and want to take it home with them. It's a whole different thing from showing artwork in a gallery. This whole experience does of course test my shyness, and my wanting to run away from large groups of people and climb a tree with a book maybe...but you see just because of this, it's probably the best thing ever to help develop my social skills!
Hugs,
Annamaria Potamiti

I am impressed with your courage to "get out there" to sell your work (which is wonderful!) when you are so shy. What markets are you participating in this summer?xo
i agree. although i would feel the same its thrilling. το παζάρι is loved : )
that's exactly how i feel annamaria, i'd rather not do it, but it is lovely to actually see the people who buy your work and to chat about it. looks great. x
i think it's great that you are doing markets even tho you are shy. glad to hear that it's going well too.
i haven't done any for the shy reason {stresses me to even think about it}!! also though i get the feeling that markets here attract people who are after cute kind of art or art with people ~ you know the kind i mean xx
How fantastic that you did that...and wouldn't it be great to have a double stand in for you so you could sit up in a tree and read ;)
Your presentation (ie tent set up) looks charming!
so neat to read this annamaria, and everyone's comments too. I can relate completely, and am excited to hear you had a good time meeting people and selling art! i am very in love with your new work, and your display looks like it was just perfect.
Oh Annamaria, I wish I could be there!
Looks so pretty and I AM smiling to see this from the UK. Love to you. xm
great cards!!!
looks like a wonderful little art booth! congratulations! i hope you have many more and lots of sales too!
I know how you feel I suffer from the shyness too. I kick myself for it and say it's silly but of course it doesn't go away. We must be brave and get out work out there so others can enjoy it!
